Every article I read of ways to improve my libido always seems to include foods such as asparagus, oysters, tofu, strawberries or bananas. Quite frankly, I could think of nothing less likely to get me in the mood. Yes, of course, I am fully aware that these foods are full of the relevant nutrients, and of course they are incredibly healthy and should be eaten to keep healthy, but I really wanted to find sexier food.
